The Imperial Range IR-6-CNG Pro Series 36" natural gas 6 burner range with convection oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With 6 cast iron burners, this unit allows you to cook six stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric™ anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition as well as a 100% safety pilot for peace of mind.

This unit also features a 26 1/2" convection oven base with three chrome oven racks, for all your baking and warming needs. The oven has a 30,000 BTU output and is operated by a three-position switch. The ignition system is electric for quick and easy heating, and features a convenient countdown timer. A 1/2 hp blower motor allows the oven to cook products efficiently and evenly while reducing shrinkage, ensuring your food will be cooked to perfection. The fan is also designed to shut off automatically when the oven door is opened, for added safety when placing or retrieving products. The oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning and enhanced heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in this oven in a left-to-right or front-to-back position.

Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 3 1/2" landing edge also offers space for convenient plating and adding finishing touches to your dishes. This unit is complete with sturdy, stainless steel, 6" adjustable legs. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and reliability of this Imperial Range. This unit has been a constant source of problems since we purchased it. In less than two years: * The range has already been repaired three times. * The convection oven motors have been replaced twice. * Even the new replacement motor has started making loud noise. * The Imperial Range 35682 IHR-C Ignition Control Module also had to be replaced. For a commercial range that cost $, I expected dependable performance. Instead, we’ve experienced repeated breakdowns, repair costs, downtime, and disruptions to our restaurant operations. A commercial kitchen depends on reliable equipment, and this product has failed to deliver. I cannot recommend this range to other restaurant owners. Based on my experience, the build quality and long-term reliability are very disappointing. I hope Imperial improves its quality control and provides better support for customers facing repeated failures.
