The Imperial Range IR-4-SU Pro Series 24" step-up space saver 4 burner liquid propane range with 20" oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! The unit's compact 24" width helps to save space in busy kitchens and makes it a perfect fit for cooking areas of various sizes.

With 4 cast iron burners, this unit allows you to cook four stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Since this model has a step-up top, the rear burners are raised by 4" so that you can more easily reach pans at the rear of the range. Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition and a 100% safety light for peace of mind.

This unit also features a 20" oven base with one chrome oven rack for your low volume baking and warming needs. The oven has a 27,000 BTU output with an adjustable temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit and durable, cast aluminum controls with a heat protection grip. A unique baffle is situated above the heating element to keep cooking temperatures even throughout the oven, while an exclusive heat deflector directs the heat toward your products. The oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in this oven in a front-to-back position.

Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment.
