The Imperial Range Pro Series IR-10-C 60" liquid propane 10 burner range with 1 standard oven and 1 convection oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With 10 cast iron burners, this unit allows you to cook with multiple stock pots or fry pans full of food at the same time to keep up with a high volume of customer orders. Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Plus, each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition as well as a 100% safety pilot for peace of mind.

This unit also features a 26 1/2" convection oven and a 26 1/2" standard oven. The 30,000 BTU convection oven comes with three chrome oven racks and the 35,000 standard oven comes with a single rack. Combined, these ovens offer a great, space-efficient solution for your low volume baking and warming needs. Each oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. The heavy-duty door hinges are made to stand up to frequent commercial use. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in the convection oven in a left-to-right position while the standard oven will accommodate full size sheet pans in either front-to-back or left-to-right positions.

Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 3 1/2" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. With sturdy, stainless steel, 6" adjustable legs, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect spot for this unit among the rest of your kitchen equipment. This unit requires a liquid propane connection and a 120V electrical connection for operation.
