The steel construction provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery, ensuring your products will be cooked to perfection. The aeration baffles between the 2 burners spreads heat evenly across the plate, while a full width rear flue also helps to uniformly distribute heat across the surface. Plus, each burner has an adjustable gas valve control and a continuous pilot light for added precision and efficiency when cooking.

This unit is thermostatically controlled and will maintain the selected temperature through even your busiest hours. The control knobs are cast aluminum with heat protection grips for safe use.
