This board will extend the temperature holding times of your hot foods beyond 4 hours in a CaterGator Dash end or top loading EPP carrier (sold separately). Simply place the board in the oven at 185 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes, and slide or place into your carrier.

This board lays flat in carriers and comes equipped with distance knobs that prevent the board from sticking to the pan. A built-in handle conveniently lifts the board in and out of the carrier to avoid injury. Add convenience and efficiency to your catering operation with this full size hot board!
