Versatile Pan Accommodation

This set comes with (2) 5-pan front load food pan carriers, (1) black strap, and (1) black dolly. Together these pan carriers hold up to (10) 2 1/2" deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2", 4", and 6" deep. They will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.

Superior Temperature Retention

Because these carriers are made with rugged polyethylene, they can withstand high heat exposure and heavy use. They also offer superior temperature retention and maintain hot or cold food temperatures for up to 7 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator hot board or CaterGator ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.

Dolly and Strap Included

Quickly and safely transport these 2 pan carriers with the included dolly and strap. This dolly can transport up to 300 lb. of stacked food pan carriers. This dolly boasts 4" non-marking swivel casters to reduce damage to floors and features rounded corners to reduce impact damage on walls. Plus, two casters have brakes to secure the unit in place when needed.

Easy and Secure Transport

The dolly's lip is low enough to open the door to access contents while keeping the carrier secure. It features a central hole to easily drain liquid or steam. The strap easily adjusts for a secure fit around the dolly and pan carriers, and its buckle makes secure transport easy. Upgrade your catering services with this insulated pan carrier kit!

270 Degree Swing Doors

The carriers each feature a door that extends to a full 270 degrees for easy access to your food pans and is completely removable for easy cleaning. Plus, the carriers can be stacked with other CaterGator, Carlisle, and Cambro carriers.

Frequently Asked Questions From Customers

What is the best way to attach or replace the gasket?
With the food pan carrier door open, gently stretch the gasket around all four edges of the raised panel inside the door. It’s typically easiest with two people—one to hold down each corner as the gasket is put in place.
The food products and food pan should be at or below 195 degrees Fahrenheit for best results and to ensure the longevity of this pan carrier. At higher temperatures, there is a risk of melting the polyethylene over time.
