This CaterGator Dash pan carrier with 2 Vigor full size 2 1/2" deep polycarbonate food pans and secure sealing covers offers optimal versatility and features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP). This closed-cell bead foam provides thermal insulation with a high level of durability to weight ratio, plus it's an excellent energy absorbing material that withstands multiple impacts without damage. This material offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.

This set includes two durable Vigor full size 2 1/2" deep polycarbonate food pans that can be used to prep, store, transport, and serve food items. The polycarbonate material is virtually unbreakable and resistant to food acids and oils, helping to extend the life of each food pan. Polycarbonate can also withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit so that it can be used in various storage locations. Thanks to the clear material, each pan offers optimum visibility for quick product identification. A spoonable bottom makes removing contents easier, allowing your guests or employees to scoop up every ounce of food.

Double Swing Door

This carrier features 2 half-size hinged doors that easily swing open up a full 270 degrees to grant unobstructed access to the carrier's contents.

Durable Pans

The pans' reinforced top and bottom corners are also resistant to bending, cracking, and denting so the food pans will be ready for long-lasting use in your commercial kitchen.

Hygenic Sealing Covers

To keep your food stored as hygienically as possible, this kit also includes two Vigor full size gray secure sealing polyethylene food pan covers. Made of durable polyethylene, this cover withstands repeated use in busy commercial kitchens and catering operations. It withstands temperatures from -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, its unique seal offers extra protection against spills and messes.
