This set comes with (1) 5-pan front loading insulated food pan carrier, (1) black strap, and (1) black dolly. This pan carrier holds up to (5) 2 1/2" deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2", 4", and 6" deep. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.

Because this carrier is made with rugged polyethylene, it can withstand high heat exposure and heavy use. It also offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 7 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator hot board or CaterGator ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.

The strap easily adjusts for a secure fit around the dolly and pan carriers, and its buckle makes secure transport easy.

This dolly also boasts 4" non-marking swivel casters to reduce damage to floors and features rounded corners to reduce impact damage on walls. Plus, two casters have brakes to secure the unit in place when needed.

The dolly features a central hole to easily drain liquid or steam, while the carrier features a door that extends to a full 270 degrees for easy access to your food pans. What is the maximum temperature for pans going into the pan carrier?

The food products and food pan should be at or below 195 degrees Fahrenheit for best results and to ensure the longevity of this pan carrier. At higher temperatures, there is a risk of melting the polyethylene over time.
