It works. I put veg and braised meat in for a buffet at about 300C and it stayed hot u til I served it 3 hours later. I’m talking didn’t lose a degree and kept hot.

IT'S A GOOD PRODUCT CONCEPT HOWEVER THE STYROFOAM MATERIAL USED TO MAKE IT NEEDS TO STRONGER AND STURDIER. THEY WORK WELL IN INSULATING YOUR MEALS AT COLD OR WARM TEMPERATURES I'LL ADMIT THAT. BUT YOU CANT PLACE OR STACK FOOD CONTAINERS IN THERE THATS TOO HEAVY BECAUSE IF YOU DIDN'T SNAP THE SIDES AND THE TOPS INTO PLACE CORRECTLY, EVERYTHING IS GONNA FALL APART AND COME TUMBLING DOWN QUICKLY AS YOU TRY TO WALK AROUND WITH THEM.

Awesome, lightweight insulated food pan carrier. Stacks well and is surprisingly durable. Held food at temp well. Only ask is to add handles for easier movement once loaded.

This product is awesome! Super lightweight and tough, a great addition to our delivery catering division! It has a great price point as well, highly recommend.

CaterGator Food Pan Carrier is a very nicely made food carrier. I love how compact and easy it is to store. It is also very light weight and easy to carry.

These are great to use. Lightweight and easy on back and shoulders. Only downside is weak latches, I have 6 of these and I’ve broken 3 latches. Can’t find replacement latches either.

Keeps food hot for a good amount of time

Love these, keep food hot or cold for hours.

Product seems to work well for keeping food warm. The only issue I have with it is the latch. The door latch is extremely difficult/almost cheap feeling. Every time you go to open it you feel like you are going to hurt yourself somehow or break the latch.

These containers are good, but just not for heavy duty use. They eventually broke.

This product was amazing!!. I was able to fit five full size foil pans inside and it kept the food warm. I wish I purchased more than one. Definitely will recommend

Wow! This CaterGator insulated food pan carrier is such a must to have in your catering or delivery business. I like the black color and it's ease of cleaning.

Great product! Pros: keeps the food nice and warm, no spills in vehicle because food is secure in carrier & overall great for caterings! Cons: only 4 pans were able to fit and I wish there were handles to make it a little easier to carry.

First time buying this brand and it's pretty good. I can't give five stars as the handles are VERY shallow.

Holds full pans and half pans well! Can also hold aluminum full and half pans if put inside a metal one. Was worried that the height wouldn't work, but everything worked out perfect.

Absolutely love these boxes. Perfect for catering from my food trailer. I have now bought six of these and will be buying more. Great for family use, as well as on the job. Easy fold up, for simple less space storage.,

The insulated food pan carrier is very useful and easy to store. We ordered them to transport product in catering pans and they fit perfectly. The one flaw this product has would be fragility. When our team wants to take the coolers apart we have found that they are easy to break especially in the "joint" areas. We have solved this problem by using superglue to reattach broken pieces. The handles are also shallow which can make it difficult to grip while holding heavier items. Overall, they are worth the price but could use some technical improvements.

These hot boxes are a game changer! They are light weight, store easily and keep food warm. My delivery drivers are happy to use versus our old ones that weigh a ton!

Love these boxes, we had been using our large bulky Cambro carriers for smaller hot deliveries. These are smaller, lightweight, have handles for easy carrying, and fold close flat for easy storage. Our drivers love that they can easily carry these instead of dealing with boxes and wheels for the larger boxes.

I can say this is the best thing I ve ever purchased since I’m established my business , so light and strong I wish it would have come in a wider sizes too. Loving it

I have purchased countless items from Webstaurant for many years for my catering business and I'm usually pleased with my purchases. However, I purchased 3 Cater Gators because I wanted a lightweight food carrier. I'm not pleased with the design or workmanship of the product. I used two of them and parts broke with the first use. Secondly, the design is not very conducive for loading and unloading hot trays of food. Why do the side flaps fold inward rather than fold outward which would make it so much easier for loading and unloading food. It can be very difficult trying to remove stacked pans of food from the container. I love the option for compact storage. However, something as simple as reversing the way the sides fold would have made this the perfect product.

The CaterGator Dash Flip-Down Top Loading Carrier is awesome! It's the only way to go! It makes transporting hot items a breeze. Once we heat the gel pack and place it in the box we're able to keep food warm enough that when we transport in the chafing pan it's already warm. They are well made and lightweight, the fold down and store great as well. Best purchase yet!

Cator Gator is a good brand. Comparable to other leading brands. We like the fact it folds down for storage. It keeps product cold which is how we use it. We will be adding more to our supply

Absolutely love these! Wish I would have purchased them sooner. They are much lighter and more durable than I imagined and couldn't be happier. So easy to store. Will definitely buy again!

It's Styrofoam. I expected something along the lines of this, but expected more. The one I received was simply put, Styrofoam. If your working in a high intense facility, where things are dropped or can be easily damaged, this is not a good fit. This didn't last two used before it started to fall apart.

I was hesitant with these carriers based on price and when they came in I was not expecting them to be so light weight. I am not sure how long they will last but so far they are useful.
