Upon delivery, trained professionals will unload your large item from the truck, bring it into the room of choice, unpack the item and remove all packaging debris from the premises.

Featuring exclusive RTCSmp (real time temperature control system multi-point sensing) technology, this unit allows you to fry steaks, burgers, scallops, pancakes, and even omelettes to the perfect temperature. The RTCSmp system automatically compensates for even minor temperature changes on the cooking surface, resulting in nearly instantaneous recovery and better heat distribution. And, because the unit is induction, the instant heat transmission from the inverter coil to the griddle plate provides a quick start up time of only 3 minutes. Two rotary dial thermostat controls with LED readouts let you adjust the griddle temperature from 68 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for instant searing, precise temperature control on delicate items, and everything in between. Because they are independently controlled, you can cook two different products of varying temperatures at the same time.

For utmost durability in a commercial kitchen, this induction griddle features a stainless steel cabinet with a ceramic griddle plate that is abrasion, chemical, corrosion, and heat resistant. A stainless steel splash guard can be removed for easy cleaning, as well as an intake filter that can be put in the dishwasher for convenience. An easy access front grease trough lets you quickly empty excess grease for a thorough cleaning. To ensure you've got the proper tools to use this griddle right out of the box, this unit ships with a scrubbing pad and a griddle spatula.
