Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

This heavy-duty range attaches to any of the Garland Master Sentry series modular ranges using unions, bolts, or screws at the front manifold and rear corner to create a single comprehensive cooking area that will boost your productivity while taking up minimal kitchen space. For the best in cooking potential, it features a single hot top with one "H" style 27,000 BTU burner. Its flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding. Additionally, its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately). As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master Sentry series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money!
It has an electric spark ignition, easy-to-use manual knobs, and total flame failure protection, making it convenient and safe to operate. With a 26 7/8" deep cooking area and a generous 7 1/2" stainless steel front rail, the Garland MST6T-E LP is sure to provide all the extra work space you need, and it even makes a powerful stand-alone addition to kitchens without full Master Sentry series ranges. It boasts a stainless steel front and sides that make it both incredibly durable and extremely easy to clean and maintain. The Garland MST6T-E LP Master Sentry series even heat hot top gas range is mounted on 1 1/2" seating flanges.
