Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. An outstanding combination of cooking, sauteing, and baking potential, the Garland MST54R-E LP Master Sentry series liquid propane 2 burner 34" range is the ideal workhorse for any busy commercial kitchen. This heavy-duty model features two 35,000 BTU Starfire burners with conveniently removable heads, as well as a front-fired hot top that utilizes three individually controlled jet burners (30,000 BTU total) to supply intense heat for sauteing up front and milder heat for warming in the back. It also features a spacious, 30,000 BTU oven with a fully porcelainized interior for optimum output and easy cleanup. As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master Sentry series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money!
The Garland MST54R-E NAT has an electric spark ignition and total flame failure protection, making it convenient and safe to operate.
