With a 27" deep cooking area, 21" top shelf, and 5" deep front ledge, this range has the largest usable cooking surface in the industry to provide you with top-of-the-line cooking performance every time!

This model's 36" griddle is made of 5/8" thick steel and features a wide range of temperature settings, delivering 18,000 BTUs of cooking power for every 12" section (54,000 BTU total). The griddle's high splash guards and a 4 1/4" wide grease trough provide optimum runoff control. Offering even more kitchen versatility, this range's standard oven has 32,000 BTUs of cooking power and a fully porcelainized interior to deliver best-in-class cooking evenness and recovery time. For added convenience, the oven fits standard sheet pans in both directions to ensure precise cooking evenness.

To facilitate a quick cleanup, this Garland range boasts sleek and sturdy stainless steel construction, while its split ergonomic grates, burners, 12" crumb trays, and oven rack guide are easy to remove and clean, as well.
