Thanks to its 4 Starfire-Pro 26,000 BTU burners, this Garland G36-4G12R liquid propane 36" range with 12" griddle top and standard oven provides you with top-of-the-line cooking performance every time! With a 27" deep cooking area, 21" top shelf, and 5" deep front ledge, this range has the largest usable cooking surface in the industry. Its cast iron grates allow you to easily slide heavy pots from one section to another, while protected individual burner pilots eliminate spillover outages.

For increased flexibility, its 12" griddle is made of 5/8" thick steel and features a wide range of temperature settings, delivering 18,000 BTUs of cooking power for every 12" section. The griddle's high splash guards and a 4 1/4" wide grease trough provide optimum runoff control. Offering even more kitchen versatility, this range's standard oven has 32,000 BTUs of cooking power and a fully porcelainized interior to deliver best-in-class cooking evenness and recovery time. For added convenience, the oven fits standard sheet pans in both directions to ensure precise cooking evenness.

For a quick cleanup, this Garland range boasts sleek and sturdy stainless steel construction, while its split ergonomic grates, burners, 12" crumb trays, and oven rack guide are easy to remove and clean, as well.
