The Garland ED-15SF is a powerful, 17 lb. electric countertop super fryer that features a compact construction that will fit in concession stands and snack bars with the most stringent space restrictions! It has an electronic thermostat for precise, accurate control while a high-limit switch protects the fryer from overheating by shutting down the unit if shortening temperatures exceed normal limits.
With an impressive 8KW of power, this Garland ED-15SF 17 lb. Designer series electric countertop fryer heats up quickly to tempt customers toward your delicious French fries, onion rings, and other fried foods! It will also clean up easily at the end of the night; its durable stainless steel foundation can be quickly wiped down, while its stainless steel tank lifts out for convenient cleaning. It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
