The latch on the door broke after 7 months (it only has a 6 month warranty). We took great care of it and didn't use it constantly throughout the day. Money down the drain. Would not recommend!

Great microwave. Exactly what I wanted. I love the simple controls when compared to a residential unit. The stainless-steel interior and glass bottom are easy to clean. The only part that might be tough to keep clean is the rubber gasket between the steel and the glass. Great that there's no treated cardboard panel covering the heating element inside--I had to replace that on my residential microwave when it became contaminated and started arcing. The fan is pretty aggressive. It comes on when you open the door and stays on for a minute after it finished heating. Probably great for ventilation, but definitely noisier than a residential microwave in general.
