Would not recommend and sadly can not return. Takes too long to toast to make any sandwich in manageable time for customers. On setting 2 it doesn't make any marks on the bread, while it feels toasted there is not a color change at all and leaves the bread chewy, we use homemade bread slices. If toasted on 3 or higher it takes way too long it is too done and burnt.
