With this Frymate FPPH55SS filter, you'll be able to extend the lifespan of the oil in your commercial deep fryer! By investing in this custom deep fryer filter, you won't have to discard oil after only a few uses. Instead, the 550 micron stainless steel fine mesh is designed to keep your oil from loose food particles that would fall into the fryer's cold zone and burn, thus improving the quality and taste of the fryer oil. Plus, this filter even comes with a convenient thermometer insert, so you can easily check the temperature of your oil.

This fryer filter increases the use of cooking oil up to 40%, which is money saved. The filter itself is easy to place into the fryer and is also removable after use.
