This Frymaster 11814G single high-production natural gas fryer saves you space while performing at a high efficiency level. Its Thermo-tube heat transfer system features 6" diameter tubes that provide an unmatched heat-to-oil transfer, effectively using less energy to provide the necessary degree of heat and extending the oil life. The tubes are made with highly durable, stainless steel alloy flow baffles, which are essential for the efficient transfer of the energy input to the surrounding oil.

Also contributing to the fryer's energy and oil efficient design is its SMART4U 3000 control system. This system eliminates the guess work from oil management by walking the operator through every facet of operation and maintenance. It features programmable product buttons that offer cook time and oil temperature accuracy for specific kinds of food. Its digital display conveniently shows oil temperature, cook counts, and filter operation guidance. Also, the Automatic Top Off Oil Attendant prevents the oil level from becoming too low. All of these features are essential to maintaining the fryer's quality production and energy efficiency.

This fryer is made of stainless steel and is capable of withstanding use for long hours on a daily basis. Its 63 lb. capacity frypot enables you to use 3 twin-sized baskets at a time, allowing for a large quantity of food to be cooked.
