Since you can set different cooking times and recipes for each of the three basket locations, or lanes per frypot, you can more easily cook different types of food items at once. Moreover, this unit boasts a generous 60 lb. oil capacity, ensuring it can meet the demands of your business. The tank's bottom slopes forward to help collect and remove sediment from the fry pot, and this unit's front, sides, and doors are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. This is the best fryer ever! It holds a consistent heat the whole time I'm frying something. I use it for my pastry shop to fry doughnuts, crullers, and fried dough. Perfect product!
