    advertised started spatchcocked roasting raise much little help guess easy
    These are ok--they work as advertised. I actually use them to help raise spatchcocked chicken when roasting. They aren't that easy to clean and have started to rust a little in certain areas. Granted I'm not really using them how they are advertised, so I guess I can't complain too much!
