Steam table adapter bars are essential accessories for caterers and buffet operators. These adapter bars can transform a larger steam table designed to hold one full size food pan into a unit that can accommodate multiple smaller pans. Choose from bars that are straight or T-shaped to create different configurations for your square or rectangular food pans.
