Ecoline by Hobart EUH-1 High-Temperature Undercounter Dishwashing Machine - 208-240V

Avoid! Have had to make two major repairs within 18 months of ownership. First was covered under warranty, but had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment (we are in Alaska). Another 8 months later and the unit was down due to an electrical fire with no apparent reason other than cheap wiring. Will replace with a non-Hobart unit as soon as able to do so and will not be buying any further new build Hobart machines.

Bought it for my bar. Used it for 8 months and stopped working. Called the warranty and initially said it's out of warranty due to waiting for the parts. I had to argue for it and it will be fixed under warranty. Without warranty, it would cost $1100 (parts $500, labor $600) to replace some tube kit. I asked about the maintenance policy and it would be $1500 a year (4 visits) but wouldn't cover any parts. What a rip-off!!

I would highly advise against this unit. I have had multiple problems and Hobart has not responded once to numerous attempts to obtain service. I bought this unit beach I thought that Hobart was a respected name but, it seems like it no longer is.
