Keep up with the demands of your busy commercial kitchen with this Dean by Frymaster PowerRunner 50 lb. floor fryer. This fryer features a fast recovery time to meet your high-volume kitchen needs, handling everything from fries to breaded and specialty items with ease. It has a 50 lb. cooking oil capacity and a Thermo-Tube heat transfer design that provides an additional 2" of tube height and 36% more heat transfer surface area. This helps reduce the heat per square inch on the oil by 22%.
This fryer features a Thermatron controller, which is great if you like a control set that keeps operation simple while still giving a few core features. The controller uses an intuitive on / off switch and a temperature set dial, and it also lets you control the melt cycle for solid shortening and run a boil-out to clean the fryer. The fry pot provides a 14" x 14" x 3 1/2" frying area, and a wide cold zone traps sediment and keeps it away from the cooking area to further preserve oil and food quality. It also has a drain safety switch and a combination gas valve with regulator.
The fry pot, front, door, and cabinet sides are made from stainless steel to provide durability, and it has a durable temperature probe. It also comes with 2 twin baskets, a basket hanger, a basket support rack, and 6" to 7" adjustable steel legs. This fryer boasts 120,000 BTU of cooking power, and it requires a liquid propane connection and a 120V electrical connection for operation.
