This fryer features a millivolt controller, which requires no electrical hookup. With basic controls, it manages the burner firing using a match light. The fry pot provides a 14" x 14" x 3 1/2" frying area, and a wide cold zone traps sediment and keeps it away from the cooking area to further preserve oil and food quality.
