Accurately measure and record temperatures in your establishment with Comark Diligence EV multi-sensor temperature data logger N2014. This data logger is ideal for measuring up to three different points in food service establishments or healthcare operations. It can be programmed to check temperature at intervals ranging from 2 seconds to every 99 hours. Data can then be downloaded and analyzed through EV software, creating a record that you can review and reference as needed. Temperatures can also be checked on the data logger's LCD screen.

This data logger has a temperature accuracy of +/- 1 degree within its temperature range of -328 to 2502 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the probe used. It can produce readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales and features alarm indication lights to notify you when temperatures are too low or too high. With built-in memory, the data logger will backlog collected data to be entered later, keeping records up to date effortlessly. The included battery lasts up to five years so that you can get the most out of your data logger.
