Constructed from a reliable co-polymer blend, the cutting board and knives in this kit provide a number of excellent physical properties that come in handy when you're using them in a busy commercial kitchen. Not only is the co-polymer blend tough and flexible, but also it exhibits exceptional impact and fatigue resistance. It's significantly resistant to heat, fats, and organic solvents as well.
Petite Size
The 9" x 6" x 3/8" size makes it light and portable. It'll fit in virtually any space, making it great when work space is limited.
Hanging Handle
The cutting board's patented San Jamar Saf-T-Grip® hanging handle can be used conveniently to both carry and store the board to facilitate proper drying.
