This unit boasts a 15 3/4" door opening to allow easy loading and unloading, and comes with plenty of smart design features to help you spend more time helping customers and less time doing the dishes. Its soft-start functionality helps prevent breakage and chipping. It also automatically drains the water to prepare for the next cycle, ensuring heavily soiled items are always sanitized with fresh water.
Powerful Operation
You never have to worry whether your machine is reaching the proper temperature, as it can extend the cycle time to ensure that it reaches the 180 degree final rinse necessary to meet health code standards. It comes ready for a 9 kW, 208/240V setup and must be hard-wired. A 1/2" NPT hot water connection is required, and it has a pumped drain with 6' of 5/8" ID flexible reinforced hose.
