When you need clean glasses and dishware but you're low on space, this Champion UH-330B undercounter dishwasher is the perfect solution! This high-temperature dishwasher is designed to keep your dishroom productive and efficient, able to tackle up to 24 racks per hour while using only 0.76 gallons per rack. It boasts a 14 3/4" door opening to allow easy loading and unloading and comes with plenty of smart design features to help you spend more time helping customers and less time doing the dishes. For example, its soft start functionality works to prevent breakage and chipping. Its heat recovery technology lets you dry dishes quicker, remove condensation, and reduce operating costs, while 3 cycle times give you more options for different loads.

You also never have to worry whether your machine is reaching the proper temperature, as it can extend the cycle time to ensure that it reaches the 180 degree final rinse necessary to meet health code standards. It comes ready for a 3 phase, 208/240V setup and must be hard-wired. A 1/2" NPT water connection is required, but because of its heat recovery system you can connect it to a cold line (55 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit) and bring it up to temperature using the heat that the unit naturally generates. It has a pumped drain with 6' of 5/8" ID flexible reinforced hose.
