Whip up a frozen dessert on the spot with this Carpigiani Freeze & Go batch freezer! In 3 simple steps, you'll have ready-to-eat artisan ice cream, gelato, custard, or sorbet. Simply add your desired chilled mix into the mixing cup, press the button, and let the machine work, as it's automatically controlled to ensure consistent products. Plus, the mixing cup doesn't have to be pre-chilled, so you can serve up frozen desserts anytime they're requested!

For easy cleaning, the mixing cup is removable and constructed with food grade plastic, and the mixing bowl is built with stainless steel. This unit is air cooled and needs a minimum clearance of 0" from both side panels and 19 3/4" from the rear panel for proper circulation. It requires a 115V, 1 phase, hardwired electrical connection for operation.
