9 months in and the Kettle went bad, after almost ordering again I realized this is a problem with this machine, Very disappointed as we didn't really start using it until June.

Pops quickly and makes a great product! The side warming cabinet is a must have for both high and low volume use.

nice looking machine, everything works well. would have liked a little bigger kettle and popping area to avoid contact with a very hot kettle while trying to bag popcorn. Overall I believe that it will suit my purposes for the most part. I can get 18 bags of popcorn into the show side and probably another 6 into the popping area, so that helps to offset the small kettle at big events. For daily use it is more than sufficient. The machine is simple enough to be trouble free and although the box was beat up when it arrived the contents were unharmed. Not real thrilled with the shipper. They kept telling me that it was scheduled for delivery on a certain day and then changed the day numerous times, so we kept having to be around for a delivery that never happened, wasting time over and over. Pretty much had to be here as there was no signature required. It would have been nice to include a sample bottle of kettle clean.

This machine is awesome in the fact that it has a warmer attached. I searched for awhile for this feature and this was the only company that had this. It is a lot bigger and heavier than I knew when I ordered it. The package came extremely damaged and the machine had damage to it. I immediately contacted customer support and the sent me a replacement out right away. They were friendly and weren't hard to get ahold of, they immediately went to solve the problem. The replacement did also come slightly damaged which I was okay with, but this I believe is due to poor packaging concepts and the company that shipped. The package that first came was falling apart like they threw it like a football. This is not the companies fault but I did suggest maybe a different carrier service and better packaging.
