The dual front doors, back, and side see-through clear panels that make up the viewing area are all made of tempered glass. The frame, removable crumb tray, exterior of the kettle, and interior top / bottom of the cabinet are made stainless steel for impressive, cost-effective durability.
There are just three switches that control the whole unit, making it easy to use for any staff member. Cleanup is just as simple as the popping process because this kettle is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Bought the commercial popcorn machine WITH warranty and yet we have to replace the bucket (12 oz. Popcorn Kettle for PM50NR) every couple months. But now that we need it yet again, we can't get a hold of anyone to send out a new one??? We bought one (Carnival King commercial popcorn machine) a couple years ago, that one was better but the bucket would still go out but not as quick...

Pops quickly, but not efficiently. Lots of old maids. The release handle for the kettle is the worse design. IT IS NOT SAFE!!! You will get burnt without the use of an oven mitt to protect your knuckles.

We use our machine for our school store run by the special education program. After only one month of making 4-5 batches of popcorn each day during the workweek, the machine stopped heating up to cook the popcorn This is the second machine we've bought of Carnival King in the last 2 years and have had 2 other kettles sent to us for the same issue in the past. Webstaurant has been great at handling our issues and supplying us with replacements but it is clearly a manufacturing issue on Carnival King.

It works OK but the kettle button has stopped working twice in 6 months. We use it 5 days/week. This seems not great.

This machine is not worth your money. We had to replace the 1st machine after 3 months and then had to replace the kettle in January. That replacement kettle has stopped working and they are offering a 50% discount towards a new machine. No Thank you.

Unfortunately, this item has not worked out well for us at all. I originally purchased it for our HS concession stand and it was too slow to keep up with the demand. I had to pull it out of service and I eventually moved it into the school store that our business class runs which has a lighter demand thinking it was just the speed of the machine. However, it continued to get worse and now, the kettle barely gets luke warm and is not longer able to pop at all. It is just under a year old and has barely been operational during that time.

Purchased back in July of 2024. Was the perfect size for running an outdoor concessions. After about a month the kettle was not getting hot enough. Please look into other popcorn machine alternatives. This product is not worth the money. Total Disappointment!!!

Not impressed. Purchased this in JULY. Used it for a field show event at work. It couldn't keep up. After popping about 30 batches... we eventually went back to our older machine. That machine would pop 3 batches in the amount of time that it would take for this machine to even BEGIN popping.
