Carlisle RG1614 Details
Streamline your glassware washing with the Carlisle OptiClean 16-compartment glass rack! Made with a reinforced polypropylene material, this glass rack is sturdy and durable, ideal for years of heavy use. Positive stacking from either direction makes this glass rack compatible with all major competitors. The textured surface resists scratches to keep your racks looking new, while also providing secure grip. The textured surface, paired with Comfort Curve handles that won't pinch fingers, allows for easy carrying by your staff. Best of all, the handles are molded into all four sides, for simple dish machine loading, without needing to rotate racks.
The 4 1/2" square compartments are the perfect size for large cocktail glasses and delicate stemware like wine glasses with oversized bowls. The open profile allows for superior cleaning, rinsing, and drying. Since there are no flat surfaces, water and food particles can't get trapped inside the rack, ensuring proper draining.

Frequently Asked Questions From Customers
Do I need to purchase extenders to go with this rack?
To achieve the correct height, these racks may use extenders that attach to the top surface of the rack. All extenders necessary to reach the specified height are included with each rack; however, if you would like to purchase additional extenders, please refer to the Works With section on this page.
Should I buy glass racks that match the diameter of my glasses, or should I buy the next size up?
Since glassware can have slight size variances, it is a good idea to buy glass racks with compartments slightly larger than the maximum diameter of the glasses.

Good glass rack for moving fragile dishes around. After some years of use however, the bottoms can fall out so you have to hold them from the bottom to make sure you don't end up with a whole rack of broken glass. !!

This wasn't cheap, but I think in this case you get what you pay for. The extenders allow us to stack tall glasses, it is well constructed and seems like it will last a long time.

I had a lot of Vollrath Traex racks, but these were way cheaper and just as good in quality. These will even nest with the Vollrath racks which is perfect. I will only be buying Carlisle Racks going forward. No reason to spend more money for such a similar product.
