I do like the new design especially being able to hold onto the bottom sides without getting your fingers smashed. I do wish they came with a gasket tho because I've had issues with leaking. Is that an option? I've been a big fan of Cambo Carriers for a long time, I purchased my first 4 nearly 30 years ago and I am still using them today!

Do not buy this product if you want your food to meet health dept. holding temps, it will not. The door leaks heat and steam and is difficult to work with. I have 8 of the MPC 300 that this box replaced and they do there job perfectly. Cambro what were you thinking, not!. Wanted to return these boxes ,Webstaurant told me they couldn't because I used them, How else was I suppose to find out that they don't work, they suggested I sell them to another caterer. So beware!!!

Great product!! When I first got it I wasn’t so sure how long the food will stay hot and will it be up to temperature. The food I had in it stayed hot for 10 hours. I will definitely be buying more.

These things are amazing. Keeps everything at the right temperature for the length it states and then some. I do preheat or cool depending on the need which helps extend the time. They stack which gives extra convenience when serving. Purchased the metal trays to support the foil pans and they slide in and out perfectly. Couldn't be happier!

We just purchased three of these for our coastal location. While I cannot speak to their longevity, I can sincerely say their build quality is fantastic. These are sturdy for their weight (not overtly heavy) and the latching mechanisms are solid. Re their function, they work great. We typically have to walk a fair distance for ocean gatherings, and our latest wedding was no different. These were easy to travel with, but more importantly, they kept their contents warm for over an hour while we waited for all the guests to arrive. I highly recommend these Insulated Food Pan Carriers by Cambro. Cambro is a name you can trust, and these items represent the name well.

We have used these Cambros for several years now, and they are still going strong! Daily, they keeps trays of smoked meat hot after they come off the smoker. We also use them to transport food for catering events.

I noticed that caterers used this carrier to decided to try it. When cooking holiday dinner for 25-35 people it's alway a rush to make the side dishes and fish at the last moment so they're hot when we serve them & not overdone. We put boiling water in a pan on the bottom to warm up the carrier before putting in cooked food. We were able to make foods a couple of hours in advance and hold them in the carrier until ready to serve. This year I'll purchase a couple of heating plates as I've seen them used & they keep the cabinet warmer so foods stay at temp longer.

We recently upgraded by adding two Cambro UPC300's to our equipment. We actually wanted two more Cambro MPC300 but they have been replaced with this new UPC300 model. I was concerned because we were used to the MPC300 models and felt like were "giving up" the gasket and manual vent plug by moving to the UPC300. But after using the UPC300's for a 450 person dinner last Friday night and several thousand person demo on Saturday, I am completely happy with our Cambro UPC300's. They do everything that the MPC300 did. Hold 4 shallow hotel pans and keep food warm or cold for hours on end. This gasketless model worked just as good or better than the MPC300. There is not much to say about a cambro. I really only buy this brand and it hasn't failed me yet. Nicely built easy to handle and clean, and it keeps food warm of course.

These transport carriers are excellent. They're relatively low cost, durable, and keep food items hot. The highert temp I recorded was 138, but stayed relatively the same for at least 2 hours. Great buy!

Cambro is the best for a reason - all of their equipment pairs seamlessly with other equipment and their construction is practically indestructible. We have 2 of these, along with the handled cart, and it makes deliveries a breeze. Love it so much I am buying a 3rd right now!

I waited for a long time and did a lot of research before making this purchase. I wanted something that I could put several pans in for family get togethers that would provide either heat or cold retention for a good period of time as usually someone is running late and who wants food to be lukewarm after spending all the time to prepare it, not to mention the cost of the food. This is exactly what I wanted. Thanks for offering a quality product at a reasonable cost.
