Food storage containers and lids work best when used with the corresponding container or lid. Using a different brand may vary the fit slightly due to variations in manufacturing. To achieve the best results, use a corresponding container or lid from the same brand.
This item does not come with a lid. Please see the Works With section for lids that will fit this container.
Items in the Cambro CamSquares® FreshPro line are only compatible and stackable with other items in the Cambro CamSquares® FreshPro series. All other CamSquares® items are not interchangeable with the Cambro CamSquares® FreshPro line. To achieve the best results, use only corresponding containers, lids, and trays from within the Cambro CamSquares® FreshPro series.
Polypropylene has a translucent color with some visibility and has average stain resistance and durability/rigidity. It has a temperature range of -40 to 160 degrees and is not recommended for use in the freezer or microwave for long periods of time. However, it is safe for cleaning in the dishwasher. Additionally, it is BPA-free and meets NSF standards. Polypropylene ranks at a mid-level price point. These specifications are based on standard use of products, extreme conditions could alter product quality over time. Though temperature range is representative of microwave and freezer use, it is not recommended for certain materials and may cause products to deform or break.

Deeply disturbed that BPA is still being used in food-grade containers. I bought these thinking high-grade food equipment wouldn’t use BPA, but I was wrong and should have taken the time to read more. I’ll be tossing these in the trash. Webstaurant should set an example and refuse to carry products known to harm people.

Overall great improved design on an already incredible product. New shape has built in handles that are more convenient, a curved base that stacks betters and is easier to grip, and the lid is an air tight recessed design now so no more leaking with liquids in the container.

They're Cambro. It's a new design, but there's no Microwave Safe marker on the containers. So I opt to "double check". Good thing I did! NOT BPA FREE - NOT MICROWAVE SAFE. The updated design is great. Easy to handle, pour and gives additional surface area for quicker thawing. But BPA isn't acceptable.

I like this style of Cambro. The lids fit very snug and the way they are designed they won’t catch on racks in your fridges. While not as nice as the polycarbonate containers, the polypropylene ones are still quite good. They have a generally acceptable level of transparency, and all the nice FreshPro updated design features. For general usage, I still recommend paying a little more for the polycarbonate ones.
