Deeply disturbed that BPA is still being used in food-grade containers. I bought these thinking high-grade food equipment wouldn’t use BPA, but I was wrong and should have taken the time to read more. I’ll be tossing these in the trash. Webstaurant should set an example and refuse to carry products known to harm people.

New shape has built in handles that are more convenient, a curved base that stacks betters and is easier to grip, and the lid is an air tight recessed design now so no more leaking with liquids in the container.

I like this style of Cambro. The lids fit very snug and the way they are designed they won’t catch on racks in your fridges. They're Cambro. It's a new design, but there's no Microwave Safe marker on the containers. So I opt to "double check". Good thing I did!
NOT BPA FREE - NOT MICROWAVE SAFE.
The updated design is great. Easy to handle, pour and gives additional surface area for quicker thawing.
But BPA isn't acceptable.
The FreshPro update to the CamSquares is really nice. I like the recessed handles and textured grips quite a bit. A nice touch is that the volume markers are etched into the plastic on one side so that even if the colored indicators fade, you'll still have the etched ones.

I have two of these 4 qt containers and they're high quality. The lids fit snug, very clear to see through, and are a good in between size between the 2 qt and 6 qt. They do show hard water spots pretty easily but other than that they're pretty easy to clean.
