We use black for our deli meats in our sandwich prep table. Combined with a seal-able lid they keep very well and easy to get into for those late orders when your cleaning up for the day.

Cambro makes a great solid product! These containers are virtually unbreakable. The black is nice because the clear ones yellow and get dull over time.
We use the black cambro food pan in our self serve salad bar. The polycarbonate holds up great to large range of temps...like our dishwasher.
We love using these black Cambros as they hold their look better, unlike the clear Cambros that scratch and get cloudy with years of use.

Sometimes You Just can't skimp on equipment you need to efficiently run your business. The Classic Cambro pan is a very versatile and extremely durable pan. This is a must have in my opinion.
Best price around-cambro is the best quality in my opinion. Delivery is quick and very reasonable.Much better over-all quality than the competitors-holds up much better.
