Garbage, on/off button fall off in a week of use moderate use.

After using many different products this was the only blenders that can start the consistent use. Easy cleaning and can withstand a Lot of use!

I bought this in Sept 2019, I didn’t start using it till Sept. 2020 and after 5 uses it started to wear down. I contacted customer service they sent me a part to fix it myself so that’s what I did. Then two weeks later it did the same exact thing. The middle part was basically shaving down while in use. When I called customer service of course they told me my warranty was up by this time etc but I asked if I could get the credit back onto my account and luckily they did that for me. But my advice is to go ahead and buy a vitamix , don’t waste your time on these.

Works great when making multiple milkshakes in a day at our little local sweets shop. Just wish it came with one small cup instead of such big containers for when you don’t have multiples of the same milkshake for it can be acquired to hold when pouring and making just one milkshake.

This blender is powerful. We have been receiving compliments on the texture of our smoothies since switching to the blenders. However, with the power comes noise but the quality of what it producers supersedes the noise. Now looking for a generic noise cover for them but I'm more than happy with my purchase.

Completely dead after less than one year. We used it for milkshakes and smoothies and it could not even hold up to that. Very disappointed - will be asking for a refund or replacement.

This blender is better than most blends on the market. Highly recommend for the price we paid. Very reliable and heavy duty. Great for smoothies and sauces!

We are loving this blender - we use it at the bar and for the kitchen. It isn't terribly loud when making drinks. It has been very durable.

Perfect to blend drinks and make slushees for our store. Not too loud and easy to operate. Basic settings work fine and we highly recommend. Easy to clean

This is the absolute WORST blender I have EVERY BOUGHT! I only made 25 smoothies and first the coupling wore out so the machine was so incredibly loud and wouldn't blend unless you held on to the Container tightly while pushing down. Then I alerted customer service about the problem and actually had to prove it by sending them a video of it blending! It's noted at 3.5 hp and it can't blend frozen fruit? What smoothies are made without frozen fruit? How is it 3.5 hp and can only blend juice? I'm so confused and feel like I was scammed. My blender at home is now being used, way more effectively, at my cafe to make smoothies (WITH frozen fruit). This was not a cheap blender so I thought I invested wisely. If I were you, I would save time and money and go buy a Vitamix.

We have a large kitchen and we use this mixed to churn out sauces and make quick work of home made mayo. We have been using this for about a month without issues.

Finally a blender that gets all ice to blend. I love the toggle to help get items stuck under the blade. Easy to remove lid.

We have one blender with the toggle control and one with the dial control. So far we love both of these blenders. They are very powerful and hold up in our high volume establishment.

Love, love, love this blender for making great drinks, soups, sauces, and more. You can tell that the motor is commercial quality and everything basically gets pulverized.

Incredibly powerful blender that works well for both sauces and drinks. It is definitely a tad louder than the other options I have used, however this works much more consistently when mixing.

this blends things, like smoothies, very quickly and seems to crush all the ice, which is better than any other blender i have ever used

We bought this mixer for our new Mexican restaurant. We have used it to blend salsas , its works perfectly. We use it daily with no issues.

It's a great blender has a lot of power, we use it for fruit to make punches and watermelon drink and it's so easy to wash.

We love our avamix blenders! Compared to other expensive brands, this is just as powerful and works just as good! We use 2 in our salad shop and can keep up with smoothie orders with no problem.

definitely just as good as a the name brand blender. I do notice it overheats and shuts off if I am blending something a little too thick, but that is to be expected. An overall very nice piece of equipment. Often these things can get rusty on the bottle. This one is just slightly, but I am able to keep it in good shape using a magic eraser.

Compared to similar products these are a steal. We have only used them a few times and yes, they are noisy as other reviews have covered, but they get the job done just as well. We like that we can make two of our large frozen drinks at once when we are doing busy festivals.

I'm glad I made this purchase. It blends up ice really well and makes awesome smoothies. Very easy clean up and we'll worth your money.

I was looking for a blender with more capacity than non-commercial ones, and I chose wisely when I purchase this product. The blender is durable and easy to clean. And for the price, it's highly recommended.

These have held up well fro 6 months now. Do not like how when you slightly move it the bottom motor will screetch. But overall a great blender

This is a durable unit. It has a nice wide base and is steady. It has big rubber footing to eliminate vibration and giant industrial switches for the long haul.

A nice commercial style blender that does a great job blending ice into a smooth frozen beverage. Great for making our smoothies and frozen daiquiris.
