The top drawer will hold 6" deep full-size food pans, while the bottom drawer will hold (2) 4" deep full-size pan (each sold separately). A combination of smaller food pans can also be used. Plus, both drawers are supported by telescoping drawer slides with stainless steel roller bearing wheels, which allow for easy access to your most popular frozen ingredients and desserts.

The aluminum interior is corrosion resistant, which means that it can handle leaks and spills.

Superior Refrigeration

Thanks to its 1/6 hp compressor, this undercounter fridge's CFC-free, balanced refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. An interior thermometer is included, allowing you to always monitor the temperature of your product. The cabinet is designed to perform in ambient temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

This item is covered under Beverage-Air's warranty contingent upon the unit being kept in a controlled climate. This means that the interior of the food truck may not be susceptible to extreme high or low temperatures. If warranty service is required, the truck must be able to sit stationary for 24-48 hours to allow for a technician to service the equipment.
