This unit's 35" wide design makes it great for operations that require additional frozen storage, as it features a 30.76 cu. ft. capacity. The door provides easy access as well, ensuring that it's easy to load and retrieve ingredients as needed. It is even built with a stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum interior, and 2" thick CFC- and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for rigidity.

Built-in expansion valve technology and automatic evaporation and defrost systems streamline operation and boost efficiency. For even airflow distribution inside the cabinet, the freezer boasts a down draft airflow system.

The refrigeration system is top mounted to prevent clogging from the dust and dirt on the floor. Plus, this unit's evaporator is located outside of the food zone for increased storage capacity.
