Bakers Pride P46S Details
This Bakers Pride P-46S electric countertop bake and roast / pizza oven features three independent hearth stone decks, each with a separate set of controls. While the lower, 7 1/2" tall baking chamber is ideal for baking and roasting, the two upper, 3 1/4" tall chambers are designed for pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads.
For superior heat retention, each countertop oven is fully insulated with an easy-to-clean, heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel exterior and a heat tolerant, aluminized steel interior. Top and bottom heat is provided by Incoloy steel tubular elements for perfectly balanced baking results between 140 and 680 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Bakers Pride P-46S electric countertop bake and roast / pizza oven comes complete with continuous ring timers, each with manual shut-off. Includes 4" adjustable legs. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
