I bought his lamp warmer while ago, just started using it recently. The heat only enough for mild duty. If you have a busy kitchen. I would recommend to get some stronger bolt.
We use the Avantco W62 heat lamp / food warmer to keep our mini donuts hot and ready to serve if we make extra. Very good investment if you are looking for a food warmer.
