Can this heat lamp be used outdoors?
This heat lamp is not recommended to be used outdoors, or in a setting with an uncontrollable environment. Food trucks, or other enclosed spaces, would be okay, but a tent would not work since that would be susceptible to the wind or temperature, regardless of the use of a heat lamp.

This free-standing heat lamp set can warm baked goods, fried foods, and carving station meats. The lamp is 39" tall; however, its flexible arm can be lowered toward or raised away from foods with ease. This allows you to adjust the lamp to your space and food requirements, tailoring it to your specific needs and keeping your food hot.
The lamp's attractive gold finish and drilled stainless steel shade will complement any decor. Its on / off toggle switch is located away from the heat zone for safety. The lamp comes with a 250W shatterproof bulb and a sturdy, gold weighted base that supports the lamp, providing a free-standing setup. Its base offers unmatched mobility, allowing you to move the lamp around freely; you are no longer bound to the restrictive limits of clamps, screws, and mounts. Additionally, the lamp features a durable stainless steel construction. The sockets are ceramic insulated and furnished with a nickel-plated copper screw shell and contact point to prevent fusing and ensure you get a long life out of your heat lamp. This lamp requires a 120V electrical connection.
