Extra Deep Drawers
This unit provides 25.4 cu. ft. of storage space for holding a variety of products in full size or fractional food pans, as well as shelved. The refrigerated portion is readily accessible through the easy-to-open door with magnetic gaskets and 4 drawers, which glide smoothly and effortlessly when opening and closing. The door opens up to a shelf that allows you to organize all of your perishable ingredients and best utilize the spacious interior. Because it accommodates up to 90 lb., the epoxy-coated steel shelf is well equipped to hold heavier bulk ingredients, from fresh produce to sauces, glazes, and other specialty condiments and garnishes. Each right-side drawer includes 3 divider bars that allow you to keep a custom arrangement of food pans organized in whatever way best suits a given food prep station. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to trap in the cold air and to prevent the ambient air from entering. This ensures that all food held in the unit remains at food safe temperatures and ready for preparation or direct service to customers! This worktop refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
