These do not fit on a bakers rack, but they are the perfect sized pans to make a 13 x 9 recipe in. You can bake and serve from these pans.

Choice 1/2 Size hotel pans are so beautiful, sturdy and the perfect size. They fit nicely in my warming oven and are easy to stack inside one another. Great product and great shine.

Much better than then disposable pans and very close in cost. Used these for my sons graduation party 4 years ago and now use them regularly when entertaining at home. Not sure how I managed before when cooking and serving large crowds.

Great pans... Bought multiple like being able to lock and choose different options. Website is great, user friendly and intuitive....Personal home use purchase.. not for commercial//business....they came I. Excellent condition...except 1 that had a minor bend on one corner...and they work well.. Design issue. Even for deep pans and even more of an issue for shallow pans... The lids for these pans have a small bubble underneath lid, that creates a bit of a wasted space issue when you use the lids...ie. the lid touches the food items unless you creat a space in the dish for this part of the lid ...it is not a major flaw but a significant flaw in design that could be redesigned and considered....otherwise these pans are great they are sturdy ,clean well and steam roast very well.
