This Avantco 2-hole steam table adapter plate makes it easy to adapt your steam table or warmer to fit the changing needs and menus of your establishment! This plate fits over a full size 12" x 20" pan opening and contains (1) 8 3/8" and (1) 10 3/8" diameter holes, which are compatible with most 7 qt. and 11 qt. round insets, respectively. It creates a clean look and professional appearance, while also preventing any spills and drips from getting into the well. This adapter plate is made from type 201, 19 gauge stainless steel for superior durability and longevity at your business.
The welded clips help keep the adapter plate stationary in your steam table or food warmer, reducing the risk of accidental spills and maximizing warming or cooling efficiency. Use this plate with other adapter plate configurations (sold separately) to create a buffet setup that can easily be adapted to different meal times and menus. This adapter plate can easily be removed and stored for seasonal or daily menu changes.
