    when i first i saw this i didnt know what the use of it was but i was required to have it for school so i got it. And now i am using it for filling eclairs, cream puffs, cupcakes, everything!! its awesome the price is great, michaels is expensive for these tips.

    Very strong stainless steel bismarck pastry tube.

    The pastry tube makes it easy and efficient to put fillings on cupcakes & any other pastry. I wish I bought it earlier! Now I don't mind adding fillings on my baked goods.

    This is a well made tip that works for filling items. Be aware that the tube is very small and will not accommodate thicker items like custard or pastry cream very well. Overall I am pleased with the tip.

    This tip is definitely well made, but the description is a bit misleading when it says you can fill cream puffs and eclairs...those are often filled with custard, not just whipped cream, and custard is definitely too thick to use with this tiny tip. Whipped cream should be fine, jelly might be okay, and chocolate and mousse will only work if they're fairly thin. This is a very small nozzle, I wish I had known that there's a larger tip before I bought this one. I'm going to try again with the other one. I like that it has a bevelled edge for easier insertion into baked goods, and a long stem to get in deeper. I just think it's too narrow to be of much use to anyone.

    Made really well. The length of the insertable part of the tip comes in at under just 2 inches so be aware of that when ordering. Nonetheless it works and fills pastries really well.

    Ateco tips are the best. This Ateco 231 Bismark tube tip is nice to have around for those important moments when something needs to be filled with ganache, jelly, whipped cream, etc. Lets face it, everything should be injected with some sort of filling as it makes the world a better place. The Ateco 231 Bismark is the longer and smaller tip opening cousin of the Ateco 230 Bismark which comes with the Ateco 783 55-piece set. So this Atech 231 bismark is the long and skinny, and its Ateco 230 buddy is short and fat.

    Pumping pastry cream right into cupcakes with this pastry tube gives guest an added delight with each bite. A little product can sometimes go along way.

    i've been happy with everything i've gotten from ateco and these pastry tubes are great. they make filling pastries and cupcakes super easy without spills or destroying the product. super easy to use product.

    Works well and does not create a big hole in the item you are filling. It works best for things like whipped cream or custards. I tried to use it with Nutella and it was too thick. I also used it with seedless jam and it was almost too runny. So having right consistency in your filling is key.

    Love this tube for filling cupcakes with a jam filling. Unlike previous corer style products, this didn't leave a huge hole or make a mess. Filling was quite easy and this was the perfect size!

    This is a large due to its length. It is very good for getting filling into treats without a large gouge out of your creations.

    I have been using this tip to fill donuts. It has been doing a great job, but if you'd like to fill pastries with jellies or jams, you will need to be sure they are smooth enough. I had to push so much marionberry jam through a sieve first before I could fill my pastries. It gives it a nice consistency but was a bit of a pain to have to do.
