My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
APW Wyott HMG-2460-LP GAS Details
The APW Wyott HMG-2460 liquid propane 60" heavy-duty countertop griddle with manual controls gives you the cooking space and power you need to keep up with demands, even in high volume locations! A 1" thick steel griddle plate provides even heating for cooking pancakes, burgers, and a variety of other customer favorites, while its ample 24" x 60" cooking surface lets you cook multiple items at once. Five high-output burners deliver 160,000 BTU of power for quick and efficient cooking.
A stainless and aluminized steel construction gives this model superior durability, and its 4" adjustable legs allow you to easily match the height of your other countertop equipment for a clean presentation and easy use. Stainless steel splash guards protect your countertop and walls, while a front grease trough and slide out grease pan make cleanup a breeze.
