Anchor Hocking 25 oz. Champions Beer Mug - 12/Case

These look nice at first glance but almost all mugs have surface scratches when looking at them up close. This isn't a big deal if you are using them solely for restaurants and barware. I've ordered a few cases now and each case has been the same quality and issues. I use these for custom engraving so the scratches make the mugs unusable for me as if any scuff, scratch, swirl or air bubble is present, the customer thinks it was a mistake in the engraving process and wants it remade. More than half the case was unusable for my needs. These also have an uneven seam making them sharp on the inside of the handle. I often have to dremmel the seam so it is smooth because I worry about a customer cutting or scratching themselves.

These beer mugs are so awesome!!! People love getting the 25oz beer and they fit perfectly in our bar cooler so we can keep them chilled!! I definitely recommend

Awesome mugs! These are great quality mugs for an affordable price. I use them with my silhouette machine to make gifts for friends! You cant beat this! I say look no further!

Good for micheladas

The clarity of the glass is amazing. I use these glasses for etching custom items and it works very well. Nice, sturdy, and have some weight to them. Packing was in a box and wrapped with bubble wrap. We did have two casualties out of the 12 but I know they will take care of that as I filed a claim. Only draw back in with order was out the remaining 10 only 7 of them have smooth seams and the others including the broken ones when checked. All had rough, jagged edges which probably came in the glass making process. Will try out another brand for consistency so we'll see.

I ordered these beer mugs for my bar and the size was perfect. One part of the glass was broken so I just called back and they gave me credit for the damage.

We use these for trophies. Everyone loves them as we get them engraved as well. Good quality, heavy glass and all in all it is a very solid product.

I found these glasses to be of poor quality. The majority of them had flaws from the making (blowing?) process. There were lumps, divots, and swirls throughout, seams that did not line up well creating rough edges, the lip was very sloppy and did not have a smooth transition from the inside to the outside. I ordered 17 cases that were not packed the greatest, resulting is 12 mugs with chips or completely broken. I was charged extra for lift gate services per a customer service rep telling me they would be shipped via truck and pallet, yet they arrived through Fedex. I did get the broken glasses replaced quickly and hassle free, however, I will not order this brand again. I was embarrassed to give them to my customer but had no choice due to deadlines.

The glasses are great, for a great price. One was broken when they arrived, but webstaurant reimbursed me for the glass and it's share of the shipping costs. Which was completely acceptable compensation for me. Will definitely be reordering.

Anchor Hocking produces quality glassware that is thick and sturdy. A great brand for heavy use bars like ours. The champion 25 ounce beer mug is great for our beer festivals.

I bought these about a week ago at the request of a client. They came bundled up as usual with 2 boxes and bubble wrap. Very sturdy glass and I am very happy! I will order these again.
