i have bought about 10 dozen of these mugs. I like them and our customers like them. Unfortunately when I receive the mugs almost always one is broken. When notified, webrestaurantstore has been very good about issuing credit. They probably need to add more cushioning when repacking manufacturers box for shipment.

Very thick glass and we have had them for months now and none have broke. They have a little weight to them and a nice handle. Definitely recommend

Draft beer is the number seller at our bar so we go through mugs like crazy. These mugs hold up well and are made of fairly thick glass. They get normal chips and cracks occasionally but are worth using if you sell alot of draft beer.
